RETURNS & CLAIMS

All returns must be authorized by Robert Bryan, Ltd. Return require a special return authorization (R/A) number and form issued by Customer Service. Robert Bryan, Ltd. Reserves the right to refuse any return which does not bear the appropriate R/A number or shipment made freight collect. Robert Bryan, Ltd. is not liable or responsible for loss or damage in transit. All shipments should be inspected upon receipt for total carton count and condition. Any shortage or evidence of damage must be noted on carrier’s delivery receipt and reported to the local carrier office. Claims must be filed with the carrier, not Robert Bryan, Ltd. Discovery of shortage in unopened/damaged containers that can be attributed to picking/packing errors must be reported to Robert Bryan, Ltd. Customer Service within five (5) days of the receipt of the shipment. All requests for shortage claims must be accompanied by complete invoice numbers, and specific information to include style, size, and quantity of shortage.


DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

Merchandise considered defective may be returned for our inspection by following the return good policy listed below:

  1. Contact Customer Service describing style, quantity and reason for return.
  2. R/A form will be issued covering that style specifically requested to be returned. No merchandise other than those listed on the R/A form are authorized to be returned.
  3. Upon receipt of the form, ship the merchandise prepaid with the R/A # written on the outside of the box.Merchandise sent without authorization will not be accepted.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations of order must be received by Robert Bryan, Ltd. forty-five (45) days prior to shipping date.All cancellation must be in writing no phone cancellation will be accepted.

MERCHANDISE AVAILABLITY

We hope you’ll understand that with all the efforts we make to have the items you order in stock sometimes an unanticipated demand will exceed our supply. Many of our items require considerable time to make and are made in limited editions and colors, so, it may take extra time to spin more yarn or weave more cloth when we reorder. Should delay occur, we will notify you by mail. The shipping charge covers delivery for backorders and you will not be charged until items are ready to ship. We sincerely hope you will be pleased with your selection.

We utilize UPS services for most of our shipping and negotiate with the lowest rates possible to provide you with the best shipping charges available. Any order received for in-stock merchandise before 3 PM Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Special Order items will be shipped promptly after verification all necessary information.


We are a manufacture, please allow 3 – 10 additional business days for processing before shipment to allow appropriate verification. However, most orders ship within 3-4 business days Items marked as special order may take up to 4 weeks. In the event of a back order, shipping may take longer due to production schedules.


Backordered items are also included in an order. If an order is SHIPPED AHEAD and the shipping method is by air, (Next Day, Next Day Saver, and 2nd Day Air) the backordered items will ship via UPS Ground when received. (Backordered items are shipped UPS Ground because the majority of the Next Day, Next Day Saver, 2nd Day Air charges are attached to the first item/weight to be shipped. Most of the time additional items are only an incremental part of the entire shipping charge. To keep from having to charge the customer an additional charge, RB ships additional items via UPS Ground and you will not be billed for any additional shipping. International orders will not be SHIPPED AHEAD. International customers will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties at the time an order arrives at its destination.

International customers

All International customers will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties at the time an order arrives at its destination. You must contact your local Department of Commerce for any duty and taxes that may be added. RB includes the cost of the item and the shipping. Any duty or taxes may be added at the time of delivery. International orders will not be SHIPPED AHEAD. (See above reference to SHIP AHEAD) Because of increased Internet fraud, we are requiring proof of card ownership for ALL NEW International orders. Before we process any NEW INTERNATIONAL ORDERS we must have a copy of the credit card statement with the name and address of the customer the order is being billed to on file.
